Programme
Own Your Atlas is a programme where you discover your work assets, design a product of your own with AI, and leave with an action plan.
On top of that, the two things that matter most in building a business of your own: an eye for the market and a frame for reading your target.
Core programme: Discover + Build
- Starts 9 January 2027 · 4 weeks · 6 sessions
- 4 in person — Saturdays, 10am
- 2 online — Wednesdays, 8pm
- Fee to be confirmed
Discover (Nayi Kim)
- 01
Discover: what am I good at
In person · Saturday 9 January, 10am
Writing alone. The things others find hard and you find easy. The things people keep asking you. The work you were proud of even when nobody noticed.
Interviewing in pairs. Answering someone's questions, both of you come to know yourselves better. On top of that we give you a system where AI finds your keywords alongside you. That is where the real thing is.
Open coaching with Nayi Kim.
- 02
Sort: give your work a name
Online · Wednesday 13 January, 8pm
Nouns box you in; verbs open you up. Not "I'm good at planning" but "I make complicated things easy for other people to understand."
The one line that moves you. Your three weapons. "I am the person who does ___ for people."
- 03
Throw: your first product experiment
In person · Saturday 16 January, 10am
There is no perfect plan. Pretotyping.
We ideate what product your work assets could become, and design a pretotype small enough to get a real reaction. Your target customer is exactly one person who looks like you.
Everyone declares: "This is what I try this month."
Build (Jay Lee)
- 04
Design yours with AI
In person · Saturday 23 January, 10am
Set your work assets up in AI. First draft of the landing page.
- 05
Make it real
Online · Wednesday 27 January, 8pm
Deploy the landing page for real. The moment a URL exists.
- 06
Growth + wrap-up
In person · Saturday 30 January, 10am
Marketing design. Your 90-day action plan. Final showcase.
Tailored programmes
Depending on where you are, you can choose one of the following.
- 01
- Discover only, 4 weeks (Nayi Kim)
- 02
- Discover + Build, 6 weeks (Nayi Kim + Jay Lee)
- 03
- Build and execute only, 4 weeks (Jay Lee)
These run as small private cohorts by default (10 people).
One-to-one coaching
If what you need is time for you alone rather than a programme.
Nayi Kim and Jay Lee each offer one-to-one sessions.
From the pilot cohort
I have started one very small step.
In the same survey, what helped most was the paired interview and feedback from peers.
What we changed because of it
“It would help my thinking if Nayi's session and Jay's session were held separately, with time in between”
So we stopped putting everything into one day. Three Discover sessions and three Build sessions spread across four weeks is the shape that came out of this request.
Questions we get
- Do I need to be able to code?
- No. But arriving with nothing prepared means spending the day poking at tools. The clearer you are on what you want to build, the better it goes. That is why the first three sessions go to discovery.
- I have taken AI courses already. What is different?
- Most courses teach you how to use the tools. Here we first find what kind of maker you are, then attach the tools, then plan how it grows. The marketing and growth angle is where it parts from AI teaching run by developers.
- I have never used Claude. Is that a problem?
- No. In the pilot cohort five of the eight had never used it, and all of them deployed a landing page that day. The sessions do run on Claude, so making an account beforehand saves time. If that is where you get stuck, we do it together.
- I only use ChatGPT. Do I have to switch?
- This is not about dropping what you use. But getting to an actually deployed landing page takes fewer steps on Claude, so that is what the build sessions run on. What you use afterwards is yours to decide.
- How many times do we meet across the four weeks?
- Six. Four Saturday mornings in person (9, 16, 23 and 30 January) and two Wednesday evenings online (13 and 27 January). On top of that there is a separate one-to-one with Nayi and with Jay.
- What do I take home?
- The address of a landing page actually deployed, a work-asset report, feedback from the paired interview, an AI thinking partner tuned to you, and a 90-day action plan.
- What should I bring?
- A laptop and a Claude account. Several people in the pilot cohort made the account on the day. If you get stuck there, we do it together.
- What are the dates and the fees?
- The online taster on 28 November runs three hours and costs KRW 30,000. The core programme starts on 9 January 2027, meeting Saturday mornings with two further Wednesday evenings online. Its fee is still being set; it goes up on this page as soon as it is, and the people who left their details hear first.
- Can I take part online only?
- The November taster is online only. The January programme meets in person in Seoul on Saturday mornings, with only two Wednesday evenings online, so you need to be able to get to Seoul.
